Charity Comedy Evening Raises £3762.23
September 2007
After much preparation , our Charity Comedy Evening took place on Friday 14th September 2007 at the Sturtridge Pavilion, Franklins Gardens, Northampton in aid of the Crazy Hats Breast Cancer Appeal.
It turned out to be a great evening, some people were brave enough to wear crazy hats and plenty of fun was had by all. The comedian entertained us, lots of raffle tickets were sold, the DJ played great music, and of course lots of money was raised. Glennis Hooper the founder of Crazy Hats attended together with “her ladies” who helped us sell the tickets together with Jonathan Dawson, Consultant Surgeon with his wife Linda, who acted as photographer for the evening.
We would like to take this opportunity of thanking everyone that helped make the event a great success in raising a grand total of £3762.23.
