The Recruiter Awards
April 2008
The Recruiter Awards which are held annually each year in London took place on Monday 28th April at the Grosvenor House Hotel. This year they were sponsored by Thomas International UK Ltd, who have been a global provider of objective management systems and assessment tools that help businesses solve their people puzzles for more than 25 years.
Among the prestigious judging panel to name but two were Navjet Singh, Global Marketing Manager for Shell International and Caroline Bellenger HR Director of Macdonalds Hotels Group.
Compere and presenter of the awards for the evening was Dara O’Briain, the well known comedian and presenter of Mock the Week the off-the-cuff BBC2 topical comedy show.
Impact Recruitment were entered into the Best Logistics Recruitment Firm a new category, and made the final two from all over the country a great achievement in itself. We were however not lucky enough to win, but to be selected and make the final two was indeed a great boost and something to be proud of, and a great addition to our portfolio from being a winner in 2004, and a highly commended finalist in 2006.
