Commercial (Temporary) Update

Whether you read about it in the papers, listen to it on the radio or see it on the news, the outlook due to the economic climate has all been doom & gloom. It is easy to get sucked into that way of thinking as it is being delivered to us by every means possible.
At Impact Recruitment, the story is different and we are bucking the current trend. Commercially we have seen an increase in the temp numbers with companies utilising a flexible workforce to manage through more difficult and uncertain times. Looking after your clients to ensure that they receive the service they expect is more important now than ever.
January has been a good month for Impact Recruitment, yes there are areas where we have seen some major changes due to the recession, but it has not dampened our spirits or work ethic.
The reason we are successful is down to our fresh, positive approach. We understand the current climate, we understand the effect it can have on our clients, we understand that every penny counts, but in working closely with them, we ensure that our clients receive a "Cost Effective Service" with genuine "Value for Money".
The coming year will no doubt throw up a few surprises, some good, some not so good, but this would be no different to any other year.
