Northampton Branch Industrial Division Update
November 2009
October has been a very busy month which has been a huge positive especially as we started to see a decline in business the same time last year. While as a country we no doubt have a way to go to get the economy back on track it is refreshing when we can see changes or differences from the previous year, fingers crossed.
As a high end recruitment agency which has always addressed a company’s individual needs we have always had a high number of temporary to permanent vacancies and this has been one area that has dramatically been affected by the economic uncertainty with companies not willing or able to commit to offering full time positions. As confidence in the economy increases we will see more companies looking to take people on again. Christmas is fast approaching and for a lot of warehouses the pressure will be on to get the stock out fast before it’s too late.
