Employment Law seems to be constantly changing and evolving.
With this is mind, Impact Recruitment has teamed up with EMW Picton Howell to deliver a range of seminars covering changes to Employment Law that could have an effect on you!
The first two seminars have covered the Agency Workers Directive (a follow up seminar to take place in November) and The Bribery Act.
Both of these have been extremely successful and provided some insightful information as to what we need to be aware of.
For example: Do you know you what rights the new AWD will give temporary workers?, Do you know when the temporary workers gain these rights? Do you know what can be seen as a bribe? Do you know the potential punishments for failure to comply?
