REC National Temporary Workers Week
May 2007
Every week 1.2 million temporary workers are keeping business in the UK moving. Turnover in temporary recruitment was £21.6 billion for 2006.
National Temporary Workers Week is REC’s (REC – Recruitment & Employment Confederation supports and represents recruitment professionals, businesses and agencies in the UK) annual campaign to promote the contribution of the temporary workforce and demonstrate the broad range of professions and industries that temps work in.
Impact Recruitment is proud to participate in National Temporary Workers Week. Impact feel it is the perfect opportunity to promote the value of the temporary workforce but also an ideal time to personally thank Impact’s dedicated and hard working temporary workforce.
Therefore in recognition of National Temporary Workers Week Impact Recruitment would like to thank you for your hard work and commitment during your assignment(s) with us and look forward to a continued successful partnership for the rest of 2007 and beyond. During the week 4th – 8th June all of Impact’s temporary workforce will be visited personally by a member of Impact Recruitment and be given a chocolate bar to have during their break.
In addition Impact Recruitment will also be placing the names of all personnel who worked during the week 4th – 8th June into a draw with the winner receiving a cheque for £100. The prize will be presented on Monday 11th June at your place of work.
