TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We have been using the services of Impact Recruitment Ltd for six months now and have been thoroughly impressed with the service they provide and the quality of their temporary staff.
We have been using employment agencies for 15 years and always found them to be much of a muchness. Impact Recruitment are different. Throughout our peak they have delivered up to 25 operatives per day. Many of the ladies who began with us in July are still here. Their Director Neil Kitchener took personal responsibility for our account. He was on site everyday to check on his staff and deal with any immediate requirements. They were always honest with us throughout the contract and would turn down any requirement they didn’t feel they could handle, rather than just send “arms&legs” to make up the numbers.
We will certainly be talking to Impact early next year with regards to staffing our peak trading period. I would recommend their services to any potential user of temporary staff.
